No, the Alarishi.  No "habitable" planets or moons.

Not a heck of a lot.  Yes, IF planets have arctic areas, but that
doesn't mean anyone lives there, or has any cause to fight there.  If
you only have a few million people on a planet, you can usually pick
the prime real estate rather than places like Canad...ah, that is,
places where it's much too cold for sensible people to live.
