John Atkinson once suggested that the troops for an Alarishi
sovereignity militia be chosen at random from *all* miniatures in your
collection.  I'd have to say that I think Kataphractoi are a tad
unlikely, but then New Los Angeles is pretty unlikely too.  And you
have to wonder about the guy who wants to build, not a Ringworld, but
