[FT] CanAm Rules

The rules for First CanAm, as revised during discussion with the
teams, have been posted at

The main changes are
a) 1MU is now 1", not 1cm
b) due to item a above, that the planet in the middle of the table is
roughly Earth sized instead of Neptune sized, with consequent changes
on the gravity well.

Next year...assuming I don't get lynched this year, which may be
optimistic on my part...as I was saying, next year, we'll see about
