One note:

I had problems over the phone. If you use the 1-800 number you get an
outside
reservation service that (when I called) knew nothing of ECC. Use the
717-397-4801 number but IMMEDIATELY tell them that you want to make
*convention
reservations* or they will send you to the outside reservation service.
