I've seen some die-rolling programs for the Palm (Pilot).
While a little larger than a die, they can do other
tasks, like adding up the results of a large number of
dice being rolled. (there is a program for rolling
dice for ShadowRun, with automatic support for re-rolling
	any "6")

(This one can handle dice for Storyteller, ShadowRun, Ars Magica, and
HEROS,
as well as polyhedral dice)

It would be possible to create a program that would
	create the sound effects.
