Adds up to 360 Mass; I assume the missing 40 are the FTL drive. If so,
it costs 1596 pts rather than 3996.

Correct.

Would be a pretty fast battle - if the Vorlons get to fire their PBLs
before the DPR's fighters hit them, they'll probably win... otherwise
they won't.  'Course, the Vorlons should have their own fighters as
well - in the show their cruisers rarely show up without a fighter
screen :-/
