DP9 has always set the Canadian price lower than the US price;
initially, I
believe their products sold for the same "number" in both countries
(e.g.,
most sourcebooks are listed as "$19.95 US/Can") though this has changed
slightly of late.  But yes, having someone in Canada buy you DP9 product
is
less expensive than buying it in the states... hmm, something to think
about come ECC time....
