Time to be the heretic again...

Option D Assume that all ships have the ability to dock with one
another. No
small craft unless the ships have a hanger and the small craft are built
as
very small ships. Why? Sea going navies need small craft to transfere
personel and goods because it is dangerous to put two large ships
together
while at sea. The worst the sea conditions, the more dangerous this is.
 In
space, you do not have this consideration. There is no reason why
spaceships
can not dock together.	It would not be something that would be done in
combat,
but in non-combat conditions, there is no reason not to.
