Actually I've been thinking that the 'interface' rules might be more use
in a DS2/SG2/FMA book.

IIRC there were hints that the next nation to get starship figures was
to be the Japanese - if true, then they would be a good candidate for
FB3. UNSC & IF already have ships, from hints in FB1, PAU seem to use a
lot of ESU & FSE ships (again IIRC).
I think its been mentioned before - but for the 'minor' nations that
tend to buy/copy other's ships, a suggestion of who has what could be
included in an FB - I don't think it would take up much space - except
for full write-ups of substantially modified ships.
