miniatures ?  What substitutions will be acceptable ?

Will there be any "honorary" Canadians or Americans ?  Benedict Arnolds,

it were ?  I assume you want the Quebecois to count as Canadians,
regardless
of any Separatiste or Federalist leanings ?
