Reroll on '6' Damage

Is a Submunition Pack a weapon catergorized as a weapon that rerolls
when it
gets a six? The FB1 rules talk about rerolls and that weapons will be
mentioned in their description if they are pentrating, however the rules
for
Sub Packs are, obviously, in the Full Thrust rules....
