[FT] PAU Ships

Here is my take on some PAU ships. The small ships are generally copies
of 
ESU designs. The larger ships, cruiser and up, are FSE hulls, but with 
the  SMLs replaced with Beams, PDS, and Armor.
The PAU, like the FSE, prefer the hit and run style of combat. However, 
unlike the FSE, they prefer not to rely on expendable ammunition.
