Use GURPS War Against the Ch'torr as a sourcebook. They're no tougher
than,
say, a platoon of light Armour. The small ones, anyway.

Now an Enterprise Fish, that's a significant target. Even then, we're
talking
Kilotonnes (OK, maybe a Megatonne, tops) of yield rather than a really
big warhead
to disable it. Harder to kill of course.
