FT: Threshold checks question...

Hi,

When losing a Fighterbay to a threshold check, what happens to the
fighters IN the damaged bay. Are they destroyed? If so, what if the
damage control parties repair the hangarbay are the fighters also
repaired??

Same question goes for SM magazines. Do the missile clusters blow up if
the magazine is lost?
