I think the ranges are too great.  What's the point of a Bogey if 
by the time ships got within firing range you knew what is or isn't 
a false ship reading?

What happened to the uncertainty part of the More Thrust chart?  
Does "All" include the current damage?	That would be very important
to know if all FCs were damaged, the Bridge was still 
out from a critical hit, or that the Main Drive was completely
knocked out for salvo missile placement or fighter movement.

How many scans can be done in a turn?
