Which is why I say, let's leave the SSD alone, assume everyone
has EW built into the bridge, and charge extra points, not mass,
for higher grades of EW.

Not that I'm familiar with the nuances of sonar.  But it'd be
nice to keep all the FB1 SSD's valid.
