You've already seen several such summaries, but to re-iterate:

* Rules and ship designs for Kra'Vak, Phalons and Sa'Vasku
* Re-printed fighter variant rules from MT, plus the definition of a
"carrier" has been removed (or clarified, or whatever) and there's a
rule for re-arming fighters
* Minor modification to ship construction (hull percentages gone)
* Modification to Vector movement system (already described at least
twice)

Well, someone (without his own copy) complained about an early review
*not* having spoiler space...
