Apart from mixed-tech ships (which should work OK balance-wise, but
isn't used in the Tuffleyverse until after the Xeno war) there's only
one: the hull strength classes have been removed. You can now have any
number of hull boxes, as long as "any" is at least 10% of the TMF.
