FT computer files page

Anyone know who owns this page?  It is rather broken and I wanted
to drop a line to the owner.  (It appears it's trying to link to
a file sheet on his C: drive).

Barring that, does anyone know of a link for the FT standard
computer file format?  A friend is writing a TCLet ship 
designer and I've asked for a printout in this format instead
of his current postscript.
