Thanks for the offer, Denny, but the Test Group has done sterling work
on
the design checking (I'm sure there will be a FEW typos that slip
through
somewhere - it'd be an Affront to God or something if there weren't
<grin>
but I hope there will be a lot fewer than in FB1...!!) and the rest of
the
proofreading will be done in-house as the typesetting progresses.
