DSII Chits

Ok really silly question but I'm at work and I'm trying to sort out some
house rules.

Can anyone give me a break down of numbered Chits for DSII

I know that there are 50 red, 25 Yellow and 25 Green.
What I don't know is how many 0,1,2,3's make up those totals.

Probably going to get lynched for this :)

But if anyone can help?
