No, but some simple conversions would be easy.

a) Take 1 GW Imperial Guard figure (plastic) from the old SM2 (Epic) IG
set.
Cut off base. Sculpt a surfboard from plastic card. Glue on. Pose is
perfect,
gun included.
b) Ditto for one of the new GW IG Epic 40k Catechan figs (ie the ones
wearing
jeans and a bandanna). Pose isn't so good, but the costume's more
appropriate.
