Scotia/Simtac put out some nice stuff with multiple guns and whatnot,
but
they are not easy to come by. Superior Starfleets has a line called
MAATACS
with a ton of cool looking armor units. Take a look at:

Another site is for Stan Johansen miniatures:

Over the years, I have bought numerous toy tanks that make excellent
oversize/cyber tanks in DSII. Most are not big name items, but the kind
of
stuff you occasionally find when passing down the toy isles. Always
worth a
look. I have a couple of cool Matchbox tanks and some Galoob tanks that
are
excellent for this. Of course they might need a new paint job and some
extra detail to look appropriate versus toy-like.
I would think about any tank can made to look like a cyber tank with
some
minor mods like more sensors and less hatches, etc.
