Vertical Rolling Scissors
Barrel Roll
Vertical Break (tight turn in vertical)
"Split S" (ie roll inverted and do a half loop down)
Sideslip
Unload
"Retard Defence"

With hi-technology, add

Parthian ( reverse direction so now flying (and shooting) backwards, a
sort of super-viff, slows you down something chronic)

Sidestep ( use control surfaces and vectored thrust to suddenly displace
horizontally, while pointing in the same direction)

Note: both these maneouvres have been demonstrated by experimental
designs in the early 90's.
