royal dutch commonwealth - online at last (again)

i've finally got round to putting together a website (rather than a
half-arsed web page) for the Dutch. see:

it is currently very not complete, as it has only a front page and a
load
of ship design, plus some bumf on the navy. i have more info on my disk
waiting to be sorted out and HTMLified, and this should happen soon,

any feedback will be welcome.
