Along with the zero-g lifts there will be some sort of manual scuttles
for
the crew to use (Mostly engineering) to get up to and from the bridge
area.
Along with that there will be different levels of security for doors (Z
doors closed all the time except when you are actually going through
them, Y
doors closed when Yoke is set, X doors open most of the time).

At least that is the way the Coast Guard does it now.
