Hum..... Interesting ship write up.  I'll second the mass ~260 - 300 
range as
being the usable level.  But I'll throw in the (No Nova Cannon's 
please..... I don't really think they're all that effective), so..... 
What about this.

Mind you..... I've thrown in the cargo and the hanger bay... personally 
I'd put in some more class-2 beams though.  I'm working on the pulse 
torps are the UNSC's big guns.... and this puppy has got to have a
killer 
front weapons arc.
Also I wanted it to have some reasonable firepower to the sides as the 
thr-2
is a serious liability in cinematic movement if you can't get some
ranged 
shots
to the sides.........  my take:
