The snake-like figure with the human head was made by Archive
miniatures.
It was a figure of a naga (water-spirit), and was packaged two per pack.

I've finished the first draft of the mystery gallery of the Stuff of
Legends.  It includes the skeleton from "HM' that might very well be the
same company as John's Alien.
