[FT] miniatures suggestion

There have been rumblings about there not being any CVE miniatures,
well, here's a quick and easy one.

Take an FSE Trieste Destroyer, attach a runway.  I'm making my
runway out of brass, but if GZG wanted to make one this is 
a fairly trivial change.  Heck, I'm not sure, but the existing
FSE runways might even fit.
