I'm not sure about those deisgn decisions, I'm more concerned with
the treatment of the Twin Arrays. I think they should be 2xClass-1
batteries which fire as PDFs at fighters and missiles; Valamir has
them as Class-2 batteries which overstates the range of the B5W
weapon.
