No great loss really, 'call To arms' was a pretty
lame B5 film compared to say 'Thirdspace' and the 
basic quest for the silver bullet / holy grail
in crusade has been done to death and as a main
plot thread is a real cliche. 

Its unlikely he'll recover the genie in the bottle 
that was b5, but you never know (TTNG was equally
as good as TOS, though rick berman also lost the
plot and had to resort back to sex and violence
in voyager)
