10 Thrust   1 mass

Rational,

  This is a decoy platform for SML's.  It has no jump drives and must
be towed and deployed by the ship to be protected.  It is completely
automated (PSB, really doesn't matter in game terms).  It takes two
mass of FTL drives to tow.
