Soak 'em overnight (at least) in Pine-Sol.  Actually, any cleanser that
uses a lot of pine oil will do.  Then scrub the remnants off with an old
toothbrush, or a brass wire brush.  A waterpik will also work...but
don't
use it in a bathroom that you don't want to get messy.	I learned that
the
hard way....
