Subject: [FT] campaign with Scenario Generator

The scenario generator looks like an easy way to have a
campaign. (http://www.the-wayfarer.com/html/main.cgi?sub=37 and
http://www.wco.com/~mkkabrow/scenario.htm)

Here's a small one:

Everyone involved gets 3000 points of ships, picked and
ready to go before the game starts.

If you have few people play round-robin, otherwise choose
random opponents.

Roll for attacker/defender.

Randomly determine scenario size.

Pick and play scenarios.

After the scenario holder of the system gets 1/4 NPV of
destroyed ships. Surrenders go to whomever holds them.

If you win your scenario you get 100NPV to spend as you
see fit. This may be saved. All ships are repaired.

If you lose all ships are repaired.

As per the scenario generator both sides may lose and
both sides may win.

Both sides receive 60 points of fighters for free
after every combat UP TO your max number of fighters.
IE, If your carrier has 4 squadrons and your BDN
has one you get no fighters after you have 5 squadrons.
This may also be traded for salvo missiles on a
2 for 1 basis, 3 for 1 for extended range, up to
the max sml's you can hold.

At any time you are unable to field a force for the
scenario (NPV within 20%) you have lost and are out
of the game. Note this means if you take all capital
ships and randomly draw a small scenario with 100 points
to spend you lose as you can't field 80-120 points.
