Dean has an excellent point that I hadn't considered. Dogfighting taking
a
group's move. I'd tend to agree with that. I'd say that the group might
be
able to expend endurance for their secondary move, however. Thus the
"escaping" group could move up to 24" away, and the "pursuing" group
could
only take a secondary move of up to 12" using 1 endurance point.

Sounds reasonable. Have I botched this anywhere obvious?
