I second that.

I went to Home Depot and picked up a box of slugs.  They're 1" diameter
and flat.  Painted them flat black, glued one, two or three missiles on
each
slug and painted a few white "stars" in between them.  Looks very nice
and
it was easy to crank out a bunch of them.
