[OT] HTML support group help

I am trying to set up a three window framed page.  Actually, I've got
that
part.  Now I want to find a way to click on one of the links in the
Navbar
area and have it replace the documents in the Sidebar and Main area.   
Is
there a way to make one anchor serve two links (simultaneously)?  If
not, I
take it I have to have the link say target="_top"  and start off with
another frameset?
