There are some typos fixed on the UKVFB SSD site.

And note all designs include the cost of the heavy fighter
squadrons, this has now been explicitly stated.

Also note you *NEED* More Thrust to make sense of
the KV rules. They are deliberately vague on certain 
aspects of the system mechanics.
