Ok, heres a first shot at the railgun weapons used in Ogre/GEV.
Rockwell CAP-Nuke anti BPC rail weapon
Early in 2010, Rockwell devised a new weapon to counter the development
of the new BPC armor. Using a powerful mass driver, the weapon propels
a
tiny, sub critical nuclear charge at extremely high velocity. On impact
with a hard target (BPC armor plate, concrete wall, etc.) the CAP
(Collapsing Armor Piercing) round uses the force of the impact to
compress the fissionable material and create a fast nuclear reaction
(ie.
BOOM).
CAP-Ns in DS2
Essentially, the CAP-Nuke is a tiny (and I do mean tiny) nuclear charge
that relies on its impact with a target to set it off. It is NOT a tac
nuke. Therefore, in order to model it in DS2 terms, I've combined the
MDC with the DFFG. The CAP-Nuke has the range of the MDC, with the
damage capacity of the DFFG. There are also several types of weapon,
with ranges that are not dependent on weapon class. Here they are:

V 5 15 30 --- none noted in Ogre Minis
The missiles tanks used a GMS styled weapon, which used a terminal boost
to get the warheads up to speed just before impact.
