[LST] Quoting

Please be more rigorous in not quoting too much. been biting my
tongue but its getting too much too often. Don't quote a whole
longish post just to add a one liner. I know most mail programs
make this all too easy to do using the reply button, as they paste
the whole message in by default. Take a bit more time and use the 
DEL key on the reply message.
