Weapon: Mass Cost
Spinal Mount 20% of ship massX3
A spinal mount takes 20% of the total mass of the ship. For example a
spinal
mount on a mass 100 ship is 20 mass and costs 60 points (20x3). Damage
done is
as for standard beams with 1 die rolled for every 2 mass of the weapon.

Michael,
I'm not sure I understand what you're doing with the MASS and POINT COST
numbers. Perhaps you might put it a different way so I can understand it
better.
