There are some empires that as yet do not have
>flags, nor "official" map colors.

The colors of the Alarishi Empire (and could you change the abbreviation
from"AL" to "AE"?) are crimson and white.  I'm too near to sleep to
recall
the proper heraldic terminology at the moment, but the flag has the left
third crimson with a gold crown, the rest of the flag white.  Yes, I
know
"crimson" isn't a heraldic color.  I haven't experimented with the
colors,
but I think CC0033 should be about right.
