[GZG Encyclopedia] HTML Styles, Lists and Other Things

Hi everybody!

Whoa, I didn't realize people had strong feelings about HTML (nor that
there
are people who are more 'minimalist' then I am.  (8-) )  It's something
I 
get some kidding about here at CANOE; take a look at our home page, and
you'll see what I mean.  (8-)

Anyways:

1)  I'll change the background colour to white or off white and go back
to 'standard' HTML colours i.e. browser default.

2)  I'll keep using the graphic I have right now, but there should
be some consensus over what graphics people want.  Remember that the
background
is now off white, with no texture image; transparent GIFs of starscapes
won't work very well.

Any comments about the design process or the layout of the pages?  (I
noticed
somebody is already building an index list.)
