	Actually this means that the Aerospace fighter in the book is
size three
for 15 CC, but to fit inside another object takes up the neccessary 8/5
of
space.	15 * 8/5 = 24.
	This means that a single mass cargo space can hold a nice medium
tank, one
aerospace fighter or 25 guys in formation.  If the guys want a place to
sleep, eat etc then they take up 4 CC.	This means a single mass of
personnel space lets you hold 6 guys with reasonable shipboard comfort.
