Ok, John I will add My Unoffical Power to your list:

The Confederation of Celtic States..

Three small worlds - New Caledonia, Ulster Prime, and Dalriada, Freed
from
NAC rule by Charter in 2178. By Charter the Confederation of Celtic
States
is responsible for all-things domestic, but must provide a set number of
military units to NAC High Command each year, or pay NAC taxes. They
are
allowed to maintain a small defense force, of NAC approved warships.
What
the NAC and the CCS read into defense force has caused some friction
between the two. The CCS Royal Navy is equipped with three squadrons of
modern warships from the Claymore Class Dreadnought to the Sgian Dubh
class Courier. The Confederation of Celtic States is a firm supporter of
the NAC Government and has good ties to the NSL and Oceanic Union.

I will set up a webpage for them soon, Full Thrust minis and Fleet Book
stats can be found at: http://www.public.usit.net/arrowjr/ccs.htm
