Geopolitical map

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a map that has the locations of the factions
with
the out lines of the nations, is there a map that is consitered connon? 
I'm
looking for a place were multiable nations come to geather, and a few
coloneys
that want there independance from there orginal nations (I'm hoping that
there
is a place were the NAC, FSE & ESU come to geather)
