The Emperor approves, bearing in mind that "red" stars will still give a
full spectrum light and things will look very close to normal under that
light as long as the insolation is high enough (about 6% of Earth's is
enough for normal vision, if I recall).  We hereby place a brown dwarf
of
about 1% solar mass at one of these, for our capital to orbit--probably
CP-51 etc., although that's not guaranteed.
     I note, by the way, that the luminosity is an order of magnitude
different between LTT 4818 and the others, is that correct?
