Ok now that I understand how this system works, I like it.. short and
simple..Good range and good damage penitential and totally diffrent than
beams..OK now, that we have gotten this far, what about mass and cost of
said railgun?

How about;

Class 1  mass 1  2 arc
Class 2  mass 2  1 arc
Class 3  mass 4  1 arc
Cost Mass x4

Since Humans players seem to be upset over scatterguns, I guess we need
to
address them too. I personal view them as advanced Submuitions packs so
I
don't feel they should be any higher than 1mass 6cost, If you are that
human player that allowed a Kra'Vak Frigate to get that close, and still
have them available you did something wrong, and desives the beating you
are going to get.. Rember Kra'Vak players don't have the same
anti-missile
defence, so they could say the same thing about Human SMR/SML's.
