A pintle mount would look rather silly. The only reasonable place to
put it would be on the walker's "head." Then again, I would break out
laughing at the multitude of Daleks running me over and disintegrating
my troops. "Exterminate! Exterminate! EXTERMINATE!..."

Would a Dalek count as an infantry "roller"?

A more reasonable walker would have a heavy automatic rifle (APSW or
RFAC/2) with a shoulder mounted missile system, much like the Heavy Gear
universe of Terra Nova.
