They are nice figures, and I intend to get some soon, but they look a
little small next to most of the figures that I will be using for Shock
Force (Mostly heavily customized GW Necromunda figures. I LOVE working
with plastic figures....). When I write them up, I will treat the
swords
as both (short) ranged weapons and as actual swords. Pure melee troops
don't survive too long in Shock Force.

My store ordered a whole bunch out a distributor's catalog--a closeout
sale. We had access to the names, and could specifically request to NOT
recieve certain stock numbers, but we basically recieved "X" amount from
each line. But hey, they were cheap.... And yeah, I tend to refer to
them
as "Sardukar" myself. I just finished listening to the book on tape
version of Dune--23 hours long--and it has had a definate effect on my
psyche.
